Today Hudson Pacific released its 2021 Corporate Responsibility Report. In 2021, the company made significant progress meeting and even exceeding the ambitious goals it initially set when Better Blueprint launched in 2020.

The 2021 report reviews Hudson Pacific’s accomplishments across sustainability, health and equity, including:

• Maintaining net zero carbon across all operations and establishing a new science-based climate target
• In-service office portfolio is 82% LEED and 71% ENERGY STAR certified
• In the last two years increased from 2% to 33% of in-service office properties being Fitwel certified
• Maintained Fitwel Viral Response certification across the entire portfolio
• All (re)development projects have exceeded or are on track to exceed our target for 15% of contractors on-site being local and/or diverse
• Donating over $1.1 million (3.1% of net earnings) to charitable causes

In addition, Hudson Pacific recently earned a 2022 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year, Sustained Excellence award for our continued leadership, innovation and commitment to environmental protection. Each year, the ENERGY STAR program honors a group of businesses and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to protecting the environment through superior energy achievements. This is the fourth consecutive year that Hudson Pacific has earned the Partner of the Year title.
