Our custom app keeps tenants informed in real time.
Communication early and often is a critical component in ensuring tenant satisfaction. We introduced our My HPP Office App in 2020 to an impressive download rate. The app provides information on our building amenities and safety measures as well as transportation, dining options and more. The ability to speak directly to our tenants and their employees is invaluable. The best part? Via ratings and surveys, they can communicate directly back to us.
FIRST HOUR FOCUS
A ‘good morning’ goes a long way.
Every week, we greet our tenants in our lobbies, hospitality-style, as they start their days. Our property management team wanted to provide an easy, hassle-free way for our tenants and guests to share their thoughts and concerns with us. So, we decided to come to them, on-site in every building, enabling tenants to speak with us one-on-one about all things big and small. Because it’s our pleasure to explore every way we can help your business thrive.
EXPEDITED TENANT RESPONSE
We respond quickly, so you don’t have to.
When a tenant’s bathroom requires servicing or their HVAC isn’t working, they don’t want excuses or explanations—they want action. Tenant satisfaction and retention is of utmost importance to us, so we implemented a system to track our service request response and completion rates. We set the bar high—a response time under two hours, with 85% completion in 24 hours and 92% completion in 48 hours. This keeps us accountable, and focused on our tenants’ well-being.
ANNUAL OPERATIONS AUDIT
Safety first. No exceptions.
Every year, we complete a detailed regulatory and safety best practices audit. It goes above and beyond the status-quo, encompassing 99 questions across 35 categories—all focused on ensuring that that our buildings are safe, efficient and properly maintained. Our goal is always 100% compliance with all local, state and federal codes, and we always address any issues identified immediately.
